This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the VISOR website (https://www.visorlabs.co) and the VISOR mobile application (iOS and Android), developed and operated by KMA Savunma, is processed.

By using our services, you are deemed to accept the data processing terms stated in this policy. If you do not accept this policy, please do not use our services.

First and last name

Password (stored in encrypted form)

b) Usage and Performance Data (VISOR App)

Shooting training data (stability, cant angle, trigger timing, score)

Session durations and selected training modes

Device connection information (Bluetooth)

c) Technical and Device Information

IP address

Operating system and version

Mobile device model

Application version

Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies

d) Communication Data

First and last name, email, telephone number and message content submitted through order and contact forms

e) Payment Data

Order information; payment card details are processed by third-party payment infrastructure and are not stored by us.

4. Purposes of Processing

We process collected data for the following purposes:

Service delivery: Creating user accounts, pairing the VISOR device with the application and displaying training data

Performance analysis: Analyzing shooting data to provide meaningful reports and charts

Customer support: Responding to support requests

Order management: Receiving and processing product orders and tracking delivery

Security: Detecting unauthorized access and attempted fraud

Legal obligations: Fulfilling obligations under KVKK and applicable legislation

Improvement and development: Anonymous/anonymized usage analytics to improve service quality

5. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the following legal bases under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

Establishment and performance of a contract: Order and account operations

Legitimate interest: Improving service security and quality

Explicit consent: Marketing communications and optional analytics data sharing

Legal obligation: Tax, accounting and requests from official authorities

6. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared with third parties only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Technical partners such as hosting, payment infrastructure and email communication services — solely for service delivery and under confidentiality agreements

Legal requirements: Court orders, legal regulations or requests from authorized public institutions

Business transfers: In the event of a merger or transfer, the new party must comply with this policy

Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for advertising purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Some technical infrastructure providers may operate outside Türkiye to deliver the service. These transfers are made to countries providing adequate protection or on the basis of the user's explicit consent, in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

8. Data Retention

Your personal data is deleted when its processing purpose no longer applies or upon your request. Where legally required, it is retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation:

Account data: Until account deletion + 6 months

Order and invoice data: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code)

Training data: Until account deletion

Contact forms: 2 years

Request information if it has been processed

Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

Request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met

Request that corrections and deletions be communicated to third parties receiving the data

Object to an adverse outcome resulting from analysis of data processed through automated systems

Request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Industry-standard technical and administrative measures are applied to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction:

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. If we discover that we have collected data belonging to a user we know is under 18, we delete that data immediately. Parents or guardians may contact info@visorlabs.co regarding their child's account.
